WHY I BECAME A TRAINER:
- I try to make every class appropriate for any fitness level. Exercise is the key to living a quality life, and I encourage everyone to\ get moving.

FUN FACT:
- You can find me walking my dogs at the park nearly every day of the year. I listen to all music genres, and I love to dance. My golf game is improving every week.

WHY I BECAME A TRAINER:
- To be part of a community where I can help others with their personal goals and where
people can be supportive of one another. I want to be able to create impactful and uplifting experiences for the community. I wanted to bring something fun and different to the community, where people are not only having fun but they are also getting a workout in at the same time.
